Happiness is like sunlight. You cannot touch is but you can feel it's warm. You are not able to reach it. But it will come to you and touch you. It is not visible until the night is over. But it is there even in darkness. You must believe in it and wait for it. Then it will appear in dawn. Happiness is always there to be felt. It really enters your soul when the heart is opened for it. It does not expect any return from you unless your hopes to be kept continuously. Don't blame anybody if you are not happy. It is not fault of happiness. Keep ready to receive and accept it as a gift. Let it bloom within you.
